How it works

How Famenda organizes family information

The flow is always the same: you capture something, Famenda suggests what it contains, you review it, approved items are organized around the right child, and reminders or secure sharing keep everyone aligned.

How Famenda organizes family information

  1. 01

    Capture

Upload a selected screenshot, image or PDF, paste a message, type it yourself, or use a supported share-to-app flow. Nothing enters Famenda unless you choose it.

  2. 02

    Understand

Famenda reads the content you provided and suggests the events, tasks, payment reminders and things to bring it can find. One message often produces several useful items.

  3. 03

    Review

Every suggestion appears in a plain-language review screen. Fix a date, assign the right child, edit a title, remove what is not relevant, or add something that was missed.

  4. 04

    Organize

Approved items are saved together and organized around the right child, across events, tasks, payment reminders and things to bring — then appear in Today and Week.

  5. 05

    Remember & share

Add reminders for the people who need them, and share a limited view of one child's schedule with a caregiver when it helps.

You review before anything becomes part of the family schedule.

End to end, in one message

A school message about a class trip arrives. After review and approval it becomes:

  • an event for the trip, on the right child
  • a payment reminder before the deadline
  • things to bring: a hat and a water bottle

The original message stays private and linked to all three.

What this means in practice

  • AI never saves items on its own — a parent always approves first.
  • One source can become several related items across events, tasks, payments and things to bring.
  • The original source is preserved privately and stays linked to whatever was created from it.
  • Anything ambiguous is surfaced for you to correct before saving.
  • Approved information lands in the right child's schedule and in the family views.
