Cancellation and Refunds

Plans and billing

Famenda offers a Free plan and paid Plus plans. Paid subscriptions may be monthly or annual, and billing is processed through Famenda's payment provider.

Plus includes 100 AI Capture credits in each monthly quota window. Extra AI packs are one-time purchases that add 50 AI credits without changing the family subscription.

Cancellation

You may cancel automatic renewal for a paid Plus subscription from the subscription management experience when cancellation is available for the current billing state.

Where applicable, canceling automatic renewal keeps paid benefits available through the already-paid period. Cancellation does not delete the Famenda family account, children, calendar items, sources, uploads, reminders, contacts, or share links.

Delete Account

Delete Account is a separate action from subscription cancellation. It deletes the whole Famenda family account and normal family/app data when the billing state is safe for deletion.

Delete Account may be unavailable until paid subscription access has ended. Limited financial, payment and audit information may be retained where required or reasonably necessary for accounting, payment integrity, refunds, disputes, fraud prevention, security, or legal obligations.

Refunds

Refund handling depends on the payment provider records, the product purchased, the state of the related subscription or credit pack, and any requirements that apply to the transaction.

If a refund or dispute is processed, Famenda may adjust the related Plus access or unused purchased credits according to the confirmed provider event. Partial or unclear refund cases may require manual review.
